Positive Energy Driven Fitness Lessons. The training focus on 3 targets: Sprints, Calisthenics and Core. Ideally, these are 2-3 workouts per week to get you started on the lifestyle you deserve. I do believe in strong accountability that leads to a great workout. No workout will be dull. You will also have first access to my 66 day Fitness Challenge that will give you sustainable results and sustainable mindset.

Hockey has been my life for as long as I can remember. That passion led me to Wilkes University and then to the ECHL, where I've been playing professionally for the past three seasons. Now, I'm excited to share my knowledge with the next generation. I've been running hockey camps and lessons for players of all ages, from beginners to aspiring pros. My coaching goes beyond skills, focusing on mental toughness, efficiency, and the small details that make a big difference. I incorporate skill development into game-like scenarios, so players learn how to apply techniques effectively. I am a Class A PGA Member that graduated from the Penn State University professional golf management program (PGM) in 2021. His experience includes many years of working at green grass private golf courses up and down the east coast including top 100 Kittansett Club in Massachusetts and his last three years at Liberty National in New Jersey. He has other various teaching experiences from running PGA Junior League and as well as OP36 through his internships and first few years as an assistant golf professional. Tim has had the opportunity to work with the newest golf technology including Trackman, Toptracer and the newest golf clubs on the market. My knowledge and enthusiasm for the game of golf makes learning the game fun and easy!

I am a PGA specialized professional in Teaching & Coaching and board certified sport psychology consultant. I have been a PGA of America member since 2011 and teaching for close to 10 years. I have worked at many upscale clubs in the Met section at such roles as shop assistant, assistant and teaching professional. I have played in local PGA sanctioned events and am working to be certified as Golf fitness trainer by National Academy of Sport Medicine. I have the ultimate goal within a couple years of achieving the status of Master PGA golf professional in Teaching & Coaching. I also have developed a benchmark for sport psychology based on Individual Zone of Optimal Functioning for a golfer to obtain their ideal zone
