Coach Taz DeLaney played at every level of collegiate lacrosse, beginning at Limestone University, where he reached the NCAA Division II National Championship. After COVID, he transferred to Harford Community College, competing in two NJCAA National Championship games. He later won a CAA Championship and reached the D1 NCAA Tournament at Towson University before finishing at Stevenson University, helping the Mustangs earn an DIII NCAA Tournament berth.

I am NFPT master certified Personal Trainer. My specialties include : flexibility, balance, core strength, weight loss nutrition, as well as strength and conditioning. The past 16 years I've been training athletes and fitness enthusiasts I used to be a professional tennis player, and the discipline, focus, and skills I developed during my tennis career have greatly influenced my approach to training.
