With this, I’ve also played at the Division 1 Level for College soccer for 3 years. Not to mention, I’ve also trialed with professional teams as well.

Positive Energy Driven Fitness Lessons. The training focus on 3 targets: Sprints, Calisthenics and Core. Ideally, these are 2-3 workouts per week to get you started on the lifestyle you deserve. I do believe in strong accountability that leads to a great workout. No workout will be dull.
