Hockey has been my life for as long as I can remember. That passion led me to Wilkes University and then to the ECHL, where I've been playing professionally for the past three seasons. Now, I'm excited to share my knowledge with the next generation. I've been running hockey camps and lessons for players of all ages, from beginners to aspiring pros. My coaching goes beyond skills, focusing on mental toughness, efficiency, and the small details that make a big difference. I incorporate skill development into game-like scenarios, so players learn how to apply techniques effectively. "After my senior season in high school, I was not heavily recruited and getting a scholarship was n uphill battle. I decided to work with coach initially on speed but as time went on we started to work on agility and football drills. During these sessions, I was improving physically and mentally enough that I was able to earn a post grad year where I ultimately earned a scholarship to Colombia University. I know for certain that without Coach’s dedication, energy and guidance, I wouldn’t be where I’m at today.

Positive Energy Driven Fitness Lessons. The training focus on 3 targets: Sprints, Calisthenics and Core. Ideally, these are 2-3 workouts per week to get you started on the lifestyle you deserve. I do believe in strong accountability that leads to a great workout. No workout will be dull. You will also have first access to my 66 day Fitness Challenge that will give you sustainable results and sustainable mindset.

I am a PGA specialized professional in Teaching & Coaching and board certified sport psychology consultant. I have been a PGA of America member since 2011 and teaching for close to 10 years. I have worked at many upscale clubs in the Met section at such roles as shop assistant, assistant and teaching professional. I have played in local PGA sanctioned events and am working to be certified as Golf fitness trainer by National Academy of Sport Medicine. I have the ultimate goal within a couple years of achieving the status of Master PGA golf professional in Teaching & Coaching. I also have developed a benchmark for sport psychology based on Individual Zone of Optimal Functioning for a golfer to obtain their ideal zone

For over 10 years I’ve had the privilege of both playing and coaching. Specifically in the area of offensive and defensive line, with the past 4 years focused in coaching all areas of offensive play. I am dedicated to assisting players reach their full potential on the field, as well as bring to them the concept that what we learn through sports, can be translated to life outside of it. i.e. hard work and facing adversity.
