I am a PGA specialized professional in Teaching & Coaching and board certified sport psychology consultant. I have been a PGA of America member since 2011 and teaching for close to 10 years. I have worked at many upscale clubs in the Met section at such roles as shop assistant, assistant and teaching professional. I have played in local PGA sanctioned events and am working to be certified as Golf fitness trainer by National Academy of Sport Medicine. I have the ultimate goal within a couple years of achieving the status of Master PGA golf professional in Teaching & Coaching. I also have developed a benchmark for sport psychology based on Individual Zone of Optimal Functioning for a golfer to obtain their ideal zone

With over 20 years of experience as both a player and coach, I specialize in developing young athletes through focused training in ball handling, conditioning, and overall basketball IQ. I work with players ranging from ages 6 through high school, helping them build a strong foundation, sharpen their skills, and grow their confidence on and off the court. I played college basketball at Durham College and have further developed my training expertise through hands-on experience with Delson Training in New Jersey—one of the top programs for elite player development. My approach is simple: I love the game and I love helping kids get better. I’m easygoing, positive, and passionate—but I also push players to work hard, stay disciplined, and maximize their potential.
