Born in China and I came to the US when I was 15. I joined local swim team in Beijing when I was 7, I won 6 first place in regional competition when I was 12. I started playing basketball at 13, at the same time, I was recommended by middle school coach to run track, 100 meter, 200 meter, 300 hurdle, 4x100 and 4x400. In 2018 I was in the state meet competing. I was not the most physically gifted runner so I had to study the forms, techniques. I love the game of basketball and I experienced basketball from both cultures. I played JV in middle school and Varsity in High school, I played shooting guard position. Being not the most physically gifted, I had to work extra hard on my skills, understanding the game. I truly believe coaching track, swimming, basketball or any sports is bigger/more than just teaching youngsters the skills, it’s about life, lessons we learn from playing sports, spending time and energy to understand each other and one self. With 14 years of basketball instruction, I cultivate skills and passion on the court. I provide tailored coaching and unlock player potential through expert guidance and personalized training. I foster a positive and focused environment.

Alexandra was born and raised in a tennis family. Second generation of professional tennis players. She was the number #1 junior tennis player in Central Asia. A daughter of Galina Sorokotyaga who was #1 back to 1965 in Soviet Union. Alexandra considers herself honest and responsible. PTR(Professional Tennis Registry) category "PROFESSIONAL" . Alexandra sees her students playing freely. She has knowledge and twenty years experience to help her students to achieve their tennis goals fast.

I have lived and taught English, French and Italian in various places throughout the world. My life's passion is language and culture and the transmitting of it to others. I strive to be a positive role model for students, showing them understanding and compassion, making each and everyone feel like unique individuals who are important to society. I have had experience with all levels of language and all ages; from preschool to adults. I have taught in public schools, as well as private.

I am a certified pickleball coach and instructor. I received my certification through Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR). I also coach and instruct approximately 33 people which includes kids through adults and varies in skill levels. Every 2nd 4th Saturday of the month, as well as meet at various local parks weekly.

I help athletes and young men build confidence, discipline, leadership, and life skills through basketball, mentorship, and accountability. With years of experience working in youth development, education, behavior support, and coaching, I believe the game is bigger than basketball — it’s about character, growth, and purpose.

With over 13 years of swimming experience, I teach swimmers of all ages, from toddlers to adults. As a USA Swimming Certified Coach, I help swimmers improve technique, build confidence, and develop strong water safety skills. Whether learning the basics or refining advanced strokes, I create a positive, supportive environment that helps each swimmer reach their goals and become more confident in the water.

I’ve been working with kids k-12 for 12 years now. I played baseball at The College of Saint Rose where I played outfield and second base. I specialize in fielding and fundamental mechanics both on the field and at the plate. Students should expect to gain an understanding of baseball within the first few lessons with me.
