Forty-Seven years playing Baseball including 4 years at Widener University. I have established and managed Adult 18+ baseball teams in the Tri-County League, Delco Baseball League & the South Jersey MSBL, all age levels. I continue to participate as a player in the following positions, Pitcher, 2nd Baseman, Outfielder. My approach balances expert instruction with an enjoyable learning environment, ensuring students develop a lifelong passion for the sport. With a lifelong immersion in golf, I bring over 40 years of experience, including competing as an NCAA athlete. My passion is to help students of all levels reach their full potential while enjoying the game.

As someone with a kinesthetic learning style also with a lifelong passion for boxing, I've spent years immersed in the sport, constantly learning and refining my understanding of its nuances. My journey has led me from being a dedicated student of the game to being a hands-on trainer & teacher with ten plus years of experience training individuals and 4 years of formal coaching, I'm committed to sharing my knowledge and passion with others. With over two decades of experience as a guitarist, I've embarked on a musical journey primarily self-taught and guided by a holistic approach to learning. Embracing a slightly unorthodox method, I've found joy in collaborating with musicians of all skill levels, exploring diverse genres and styles along the way. Currently, I'm immersed in playing guitar with a church band, where I enjoy a wide range of music and continue to learn and grow. While my coaching experience is limited to teaching family members in my youth, my passion for music is boundless. Equipped with acoustic and electric guitar proficiency, I'm eager to share my love for music and help others discover the joy of playing.

I was always an underdog and in high school two other guys had catching spots locked up and I had already tried pitching with success when they ran out of pitchers in my town league so I told the coach ( after taking to my dad , my mentor of sports ) and he let me try and cut me and told me I couldn’t break a pane of glass . Thst summer I struck out 7 of 9 batters in the all star game for my town league and sentior year he kept me however only pitched me in catholic league games and I had a 0.9 era yet he would not pitch me in the games that mattered ? He lit a fire in me to prove him wrong and I walked onto a 1984 Lasalle university team that was like none other and that team is still as funny as ever and on social media and we had a 25 year reunion at the college somewhat recently. I could see about using all the connections these guys have. Bobby McNally went pro and other guys we can talk to and getting all the connections we can. However i will be you and your families main connection , I love baseball. The best sport to play. If you also play football , I can get you connected to Jeff Jaworski his uncle Rom took the eagles to a Super Bowl throwing to guys like Mike quick. Jeff was a championship quarterback in high school until a car accident stopped his career. His uncle has lots of gold courses now and part of the sports dream we can connect into. I also played semi pro baseball and struck out 17 batters in one game simply because my team wouldn’t warm me up and I got angry and not my character plus I decided to just throw fastballs down the middle and told then you better be ready to field. My ball moved so much much that that worked great since my fastball moved mile a slider. They where waiving at flies. Anyway there is so much to tell you and it’s not all baseball drills it’s also diet and exercise and loving baseball for what it is and unlock the formula. Also they lasalle team made it one game from the college world series and the stories I have tell you about underdogs and how to have fun but also be laser focused. We ran on and off the field and when I got to semi pro they walked and I was shocked at that since I knew what it takes to win and this was not it . I can tell you how navigate better than I did and how to workout and how to eat is critical besides lots of drills and pitching workouts I have taught championship pitchers and can teach you. I love the game. Also focus, my dad told me about it , but like my MCSE teacher taught me , sometimes you have to have more than 1 teacher to explain to you the various concepts of a subject. For me it was a Vietnam vet and I put together what he taught me and my dad and that 17 strike out game was a combination of both. Plus he was a golf caddie and he taught me to play golf as well. I try to give you the least amount of information and thoughts as possible, but the information I give you will make the biggest difference in improving your game. Too many thoughts about a motion will interfere with the effectiveness of your swing. I also incorporate the latest coaching techniques in golf, technology including aboutGolf's premium golf simulator launch monitor technology or TrackMan/Full Swing golf simulator launch monitor technology, and other training aids when appropriate. I really enjoy working with students who love the game as much as I do and seeing the improvement in my students. Juan Felipe Villanueva Contreras Musician, violinist and violist Juan Felipe Villanueva Contreras was born in Ibague, Colombia, in December 2000, with a passion for music that has defined his journey from an early age. He started his journey at the prestigious Conservatorio de Musica de Ibague, where he discovered his love for the violin under the tutelage of renowned musician Daniel Oviedo Galeano. His dedication and commitment to his craft led him to excel in his high school studies, culminating in his graduation in 2017 with a Music Honor Diploma of Excellence. Eager to continue his musical education, Juan Villanueva embarked on his collegiate journey at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia in 2018, further honing his skills and knowledge in the world of music. In 2020, Juan Villanueva’s remarkable talent and unwavering dedication were recognized when he received a scholarship to study at Rowan University. Under the guidance of the esteemed Dr. Timothy Schwarz, he delved into the art of violin performance, embracing the challenges and opportunities that come with pursuing excellence in music. Today, Juan Felipe is a Music Performance major with a minor in viola, continually expanding his horizons as a versatile musician. In 2023 Juan Villanueva, was selected as winner of the Viola Concerto Competition, making his debut as a Soloist with Rowan University Symphony Orchestra performing “Romanze for Viola and Orchestra” by the german composer Max Bruch. In 2024 Juan Villanueva was selected as winner of the Orchestra Concerto competition 2024 performing “Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto in D mayor” as soloist with Rowan University Symphonic Orchestra. Currently, Juan Felipe is under the expert guidance of Dr. Timothy Schwarz, who serves as his Violin professor.
