I’m a former Division I quarterback and collegiate football coach with 20+ years of experience developing elite quarterbacks, wide receivers, and offensive systems. I’ve served as an Interim Head Coach and Passing Game Coordinator at Long Island University, and I’ve coached multiple conference MVPs, All-Americans, and record-setting quarterbacks. My quarterbacks have led the NE-10 and the nation in key performance metrics including passing yards, touchdowns, third-down efficiency, red-zone production, and total offense, with several earning Conference MVP, Offensive Player of the Year, and All-Conference honors. Over a five-year span, every starting QB I coached earned All-Conference recognition. Tom McGuire is a hockey coach with over eight years of experience developing players of all ages and skill levels. He has coached youth players through Ice Hockey in Harlem, Learn to Play (LTP), and Learn to Skate (LTS) programs with the New York Islanders, as well as travel hockey with North Park Hockey. Tom also works with adult players from beginner to advanced levels, focusing on skill development, confidence, and growing a passion for the game.
