With 16 years of playing experience at both the Division 1 and Division 3 levels, I bring a deep passion for the game and a commitment to player development. My journey in lacrosse has shaped my coaching philosophy, emphasizing skill development, strategic play, and fostering a strong team culture. I strive to help athletes not only excel on the field but also grow as individuals through discipline, teamwork, and a love for the sport.

I have been playing pickleball for three years and have volunteered for the past year to help teach at the Lancaster NY Senior Center. Recently, I became a Champion Member of the US Pickleball Association (USPA) and am planning to get certified to instruct pickleball and enter some tournaments. My dedication to the sport drives me to share my knowledge and passion with others, helping them improve their skills and enjoy the game.

For nearly five decades, I've been blessed to play the piano. I have served as a church pianist at local churches and have played with bands. My mother was a piano teacher and I am honored to carry on her legacy of teaching and inspiring piano students. I teach the fundamentals and encourage students to choose songs they would like along the way as well. My dedication fosters growth and unlocks musical potential.
