Hello, my name is Omar. I’m a motivated bilingual (English/Spanish) baseball instructor with hands-on experience coaching youth athletes and helping them develop their skills on and off the field. I focus on teaching the fundamentals of baseball—hitting, fielding, throwing, and mechanics—while creating a positive and supportive environment that builds confidence, improves performance, and helps athletes reach their full potential.

I'm a former touring professional and the Director of Golf at Lounge X in Great Neck, NY. Before Lounge X, I spent 9 years teaching at Alley Pond Golf Center, working with everyone from beginners to competitive juniors and professional golfers. Every lesson is built around your game, your goals, and what will help you improve the fastest. Whether you're just getting started, trying to break 100, or preparing for tournament golf, my goal is to help you play better and enjoy the game more.

For over two decades I have been teaching meditation to the beginner meditator.
