I have loved soccer since I was two. Starting with local clinics, leagues, and playing through school, I enjoyed the New Jersey and New York leagues and played five years in the ESFNA tournament for the New York Abay team as a right back. I paused my playing to become a coach, earning my C license and working on my B license with USA Soccer. I have coached middle school teams in Riverdale, Bronx, and worked with Soccer Kids NYC and the New York Red Bulls youth soccer club. Also, school.

For over two decades I have been teaching meditation to the beginner meditator. Meditation has transformed my life in so many positives personally and as an instructor and I would like to help you learn how to do this ancient practice that bring many lifelong benefits.
