With 8 years of private coaching experience and 3+ years coaching groups through USA Football, I work with athletes of all ages and skill levels. I currently teach flag football and football fundamentals to ages 8–11 through USA Football. I was captain of the St. Anthony's High School football team and a starter at Southern Connecticut State University. I also specialize in agility training that helps athletes excel in any sport and currently compete in an adult flag football league.

As someone who had a major accident resulting in multiple surgeries at age 19, I have learned how to heal and transform my body, and share this work with others. I am certified in and teach bodymind practices such as yoga, pilates, Moving for Life, The Nia Technique and meditation. I am also a Reiki practitioner. In the twenty years that I have been doing this work I have come to believe that, given the right tools, we all have the power to heal and transform our bodies and minds.

I earned my Hatha 200 hr. and Children’s 95 hr. Yoga Teacher Training certificates in 2020. Since then I have taught babies, families, children, teens and adults.

I am a recent Georgetown University graduate and former Division I lacrosse player with a lifelong passion for sports. I have played tennis for most of my life and love competing, teaching, and helping others improve their game. Hi, I’m Jorge! I’ve been playing soccer since I was 4 years old. I played for the youth academy of Once Caldas in Colombia and later played 4 years of varsity soccer in high school. I offer private and group training for players ages 8–18, focusing on dribbling, passing, shooting, ball control, positioning, and game awareness. I’m fluent in English and Spanish and available throughout Fairfield County. My goal is to help players improve their skills, build confidence, and enjoy the game.

I have been a dedicated fitness instructor since 2012 and a pickleball coach since 2023, teaching numerous classes and helping players of all levels improve their game. With a passion for making the sport fun and accessible, I focus on building skills, confidence, and a strong sense of community on the court.
