Ryan Walters is a yoga instructor, performing artist and curator from Miami, Florida with a specialized focus in audio/visual arts and movement practices. For 10 years spent living in New York City, dedication as a student of variegated disciplines came to materialize as he began instructing and performing at institutions and events such as Dubspot, Ridgewood Yoga Studio and Ultra Music Festival. Shifting focus between performing arts and healing modalities, employing skills as an instructor of yoga styles including pre-natal and postpartum, endeavoring to curate an international label as well as record, produce, ghost-write and engineer for a myriad of artists, Ryan has advanced with a well-rounded perspective and teaching ability.

My passion for music composition and video editing has allowed me to transition from experimenting with sounds to crafting immersive video narratives, all fueled by a deep love of storytelling.

I've been teaching private music lessons for 30 years. My goal is to have my students learn more about who they are as an individual through a methodical and interactive study that involves the deep roots of foundational theory combined with improvisational interactions and applications to create a wholistic knowledge of 3 dimensional self expression. My Bio: Sean Nowell holds degrees from Berklee College of Music in Jazz Composition and Manhattan School of Music in Jazz Performance and is a 30 year musical freelancer, educator and recording artist. He has played broadway shows, composed and improvised film scores, music for ballet and theatre, 20th century classical music, big band and small jazz ensembles, commercial music and has pushed the boundaries of saxophone and flute by integrating electronic effects pedals into his musical language. He has traveled and collaborated with dancers, actors, painters, stilt walkers, and acrobats on multiple international tours as Musical Director for Bond Street Theatre and has represented The Istanbul Jazz Festival at Universities around Turkey with his Multimedia Electro-Jazz Ensemble, The Kung-Fu Masters. With his hip-hop theater collective, Soul Inscribed, he has represented the United States as Artistic Ambassador in Russia, Indonesia, Taiwan, Peru, and Mauritius. Soul Inscribed won a Fulbright grant to continue their work with kids in Mauritius. He performed at The Shaolin Temple, did a 6 city tour in China and was the American Representative at International Jazz Day in Accra, Ghana. He toured Europe multiple times with his NYC/Stockholm acoustic jazz band, The New York Jazz Exchange and hosted weekly Free-Improv R&B Funk jams in Queens, NY. He is also the American Representative for an innovative electronic Midi wind instrument for saxophonists called the EMEO. His interest in utilizing cutting edge music technology has led him to recently give masterclasses at The American School of Modern Music in Paris and Loyola University in New Orleans.

Coach Lu is a basketball trainer passionate about developing players from the ground up, with a focus on building strong fundamentals that translate into real game performance. With over a decade of playing experience, including starting at point guard as a varsity freshman and the versatility to play all five positions on the floor, Coach Lu transitioned into coaching with a belief that every player—regardless of starting skill level—can improve dramatically with the right instruction, repetition, and mindset. Coach Lu's training philosophy centers on three pillars: fundamentals first, individualized development, and building confidence alongside skill. Sessions blend proven skill-building progressions—ball-handling, shooting mechanics, footwork, and basketball IQ—with situational drills that prepare players for real game speed and decision-making. Currently working with players ranging from beginners to competitive youth athletes, Coach Lu emphasizes patience and clear communication, breaking down complex movements into simple, repeatable steps. Known for creating a positive, high-energy training environment, he believes that a player's love for the game is just as important as their technical growth. His own background as a starting point guard who could play any position gives him a unique feel for how each role sees the game, which shows up in how he teaches spacing, decision-making, and versatility to his students. Coach Lu is continuing to expand his coaching education through [certifications, mentorships, camps, or clinics] and is committed to growing alongside every athlete he trains.

I focus on fundamentals, strategy, and personalized development, fostering both skill and sportsmanship. My goal is to empower athletes to reach their full potential, both on and off the court.
