Driven by a passion for the sport, I've spent the last 18 years playing tennis and 6 years coaching players of all ages and skill levels. I am currently in the John McEnroe Tennis Academy. I'm a dedicated Division 1 baseball player at Hofstra University, carrying on a family tradition of excellence in the sport. My father was also a Division 1 baseball player and even worked for the New York Mets, instilling in me a deep love for the game from a young age. I'm passionate about honing my skills on the field and contributing to my team's success.

Ki also scored on an average of 70.59 while he was competing in mini-tournaments nationwide. He has worked with a number of PGA tour coaches such as Mike Bender, Todd Anderson, and Chris Como. He has also worked with well-known short-game coaches like James Sieckmann and David Orr. Every now and then, he travels to Texas University to study and gain more knowledge and experience in golf under Director and Professor of Kinesiology, Dr. Kwon. Currently, Ki is now a certified instructor under the famous PGA tour coach, Dana Dahlquist. It is no doubt that Ki is an experienced player. He understands and is familiar with all the new technologies such as Trackman, Flightscope, GCquad, as well as Swing Catalyst training tools. Most importantly, he understands the biomechanics of the body which ultimately help you with the game of golf. Ki believes in a holistic approach to golf instruction and takes a great deal of pride in coaching and mentoring his students. He enjoys working with every level of golfers and helping them achieve their goals.

After my pro career I opened KayoBoxing and I have been coaching now for 21years. Now I take pride in providing a venue for novice amateurs to showcase their talents and perfect their talents. We train ALL Levels.

Known for his no-nonsense yet nurturing approach, Coach Pettaway combines deep basketball IQ with a strong focus on character, discipline, and culture. Currently serving as Head Coach of the Lawrence Woodmere Academy Post-Grad Program and Associate Head Coach for the PSA Cardinals 8th and 9th Grade Teams, Coach Pettaway has mentored and trained athletes who’ve gone on to succeed at the Division I, Division II, and JUCO levels. His coaching philosophy centers around hard work, accountability, and team alignment—values that translate beyond basketball into life success.
