I am certified in and teach bodymind practices such as yoga, pilates, Moving for Life, The Nia Technique and meditation. I am also a Reiki practitioner. In the twenty years that I have been doing this work I have come to believe that, given the right tools, we all have the power to heal and transform our bodies and minds.

Hi my name is Edgar, 22 years old. Been playing for 15 years and still playing in the APSL. Started at FC Harlem by the age of 8 until 15. Trained under Chelsea coaches. Having my own personal goalkeeping coach, training under him for 2 years. Later went on to play at Riverdale Kingsbridge Academy MS/HS. After high school went to Bronx Community College (BCC) playing with them for 1 year until I switched over to a APSL club called Kid Super Samba FC. Been playing semi-professionally with them for 4 years. After many years of playing I realized how difficult it is to find a proper goalkeeper trainer and I would love to give back to the community in helping coach young kids who aspire to become goalkeepers.
