I coached softball and baseball for 10 total years (8-14 years old). I was a club baseball (Emerson Bandits) head coach for 3 years (14-16u). In the last 5 years I was an assistant varsity softball coach for 4 years at Westwood High School and last year I was named head varsity basbeall coach at Bergenfield High School. We won the BIT tournament in my first year and had a big turnaround season for that program. I have taught hitting for the past decade to all ages I am also a personal trainer for the past 25 years and I have owned a personal training facility for the past 19 years. I’ve been coaching football since I was 16 years old. I became a varsity OL/DL coach at the age of 18. I enhanced my knowledge of the game of football by being mentored by head coach’s. Then becoming a defensive coordinator for herricks lacrosse at the age of 19. I now coach travel teams and do private session of all age groups.

With 8 years of private coaching experience and 3+ years coaching groups through USA Football, I work with athletes of all ages and skill levels. I currently teach flag football and football fundamentals to ages 8–11 through USA Football. I was captain of the St. Anthony's High School football team and a starter at Southern Connecticut State University. I also specialize in agility training that helps athletes excel in any sport and currently compete in an adult flag football league.

Born in China and I came to the US when I was 15. I joined local swim team in Beijing when I was 7, I won 6 first place in regional competition when I was 12. I started playing basketball at 13, at the same time, I was recommended by middle school coach to run track, 100 meter, 200 meter, 300 hurdle, 4x100 and 4x400. In 2018 I was in the state meet competing. I was not the most physically gifted runner so I had to study the forms, techniques. I love the game of basketball and I experienced basketball from both cultures. I played JV in middle school and Varsity in High school, I played shooting guard position. Being not the most physically gifted, I had to work extra hard on my skills, understanding the game. I truly believe coaching track, swimming, basketball or any sports is bigger/more than just teaching youngsters the skills, it’s about life, lessons we learn from playing sports, spending time and energy to understand each other and one self. With 14 years of basketball instruction, I cultivate skills and passion on the court. I provide tailored coaching and unlock player potential through expert guidance and personalized training. I foster a positive and focused environment.
