I’m Coach Alex Ainsworth, an experienced basketball coach and player-development trainer who specializes in helping athletes become more confident, skilled and effective on the court. My training focuses on the skills that translate directly to games; shooting, ball handling, finishing, footwork, decision-making, scoring, and playing with confidence. Every workout has a purpose and every player will leave better than when they arrived. I’ve coached at the high school and collegiate levels and have helped athletes develop into Professionals, Allstars, All District, All Conference, MVP, Player of the Year, and State Champions . Shortly after he spent time at Wake Futbol Club (Wake FC) as a Director of Coaching overseeing 40 teams per season. During that time he also coached 3 of his own teams each season.
