As someone who has been around the theatre and performance spaces for over half my life, I am thrilled to share my passion for performance with those who wish to acquire these invaluable skills.

My services are different then the average trainer because not only did i play college and pro ball and can help you excel on the court but i focus also on training the mind and staying positive and uplifting the entire workout, and give good advice that can be used off the court as well. I played ball my whole life growing up i also played D1 college basketball and overseas professionally as well. So i have a lot of experience playing this game!

Hello to all. My name is Reggie Winchester and I have over 10 years of basketball coaching experience, including five years coaching high school girls basketball and three years at the middle school level. I’ve also spent countless hours training youth athletes and coaching youth leagues. I am passionate about player development, committed to building confidence, discipline, teamwork, and helping athletes reach their full potential on and off the court.

My mother made me start playing violin at 3 years old. I started traditionally learning Suzuki in Buffalo, NY. I took ownership of the instrument in at 12 years old practicing after school and for cultural events. I have always taught musicians that were less skilled and would lead by example to further their understanding. With 30 years of experience, I guide students to find their own voice through the instrument. I tailor lessons to individual needs, fostering both technical mastery and a lifelong love of music.
