As a former Division I track and field athlete and a Master's graduate in Sport and Performance Psychology, I have both personal and applied experience in various domains! My goal is to help you find joy, fulfillment, and success in your personal, athletic, and academic careers. Bringing together the different parts of who we are is how we can succeed, and I hope we can build that awareness together!

I’ve been involved in soccer for over 19 years and my love for the game has only grown over time. I’ve worked with youth players of different skill levels, including autistic children, and I believe soccer should be a place where everyone feels welcomed, supported, and capable of succeeding. My coaching style is encouraging, patient, and focused on helping each player build confidence while improving their skills. I work with anyone who loves the game.

Former collegiate basketball and volleyball athlete with a B.S. in Exercise & Sports Science. I help athletes improve skills, game IQ, confidence, conditioning, and overall performance. With experience in athlete development, sports operations, and coaching, I focus on fundamentals, leadership, and building complete athletes. Each training session includes exclusive sports nutrition products to support hydration, recovery, energy, and peak performance on and off the court.

I coach high school freshman girls VB in Raleigh. I also work with younger girls to introduce VB fundamentals. I focus on skill progression, teamwork & game understanding while building athletic confidence in a safe space. I like to adapt my approach to each player, meeting them where they are to take their games to the next best personal level for them. My name is Jennifer Tran, and I am currently studying at the University of North Carolina Wilmington to become a teacher. I hope to teach lower elementary grades if possible. I have tutored for around seven years from elementary, middle, and high school students in ELA and Math. I genuinely enjoy teaching children, as it gives me a chance to build a relationship with the students I work with.

I have my Bachelors of Arts in English and Masters of Arts in English. Air travel, playing the violin, and writing poetry are some of my favorite activities. Born in North Carolina, I grew up on the Mojave Desert in California. I ride roller coasters, enjoy trying out new recipes, and have flown an airplane. But my greatest adventure is helping my students connect to literature and writing. Our first lesson involves me getting to know more about you and how I can help you learn better.

Hey! I'm Manan, a competitive pickleball player and certified coach based in Cary, NC. I have a 4.6 DUPR rating and have competed consistently in 5.0-level tournaments. I've also loved the competitive side of pickleball, but I also really enjoy helping other people get better and have fun on the court. I work with players of all ages and skill levels, and ill adjust each lesson based on what you're looking to improve.
