I emphasis on teaching “feels” as opposed to the typical technical methods. Much easier to learn and understand the golf swing when it’s simplified to certain feels and body movements. I have a passion for playing the game at the highest level but also have a passion for teaching and giving back to the game. Can’t wait to see my students succeed. Coach Dudley brings over 30 years of lacrosse coaching experience to the Charlotte area, having previously coached youth, high school, college, and post-college levels in Montclair, NJ, including 20 years as a high school head coach. A former college player at the U.S. Naval Academy and Kean University, he competed in the NCAA Tournament with Navy and earned two ECAC Championships with Kean. His extensive background includes involvement in multiple championship teams across levels, both domestically and internationally. Now, Coach Dudley serves as the Boys Head Coach at Bradford Preparatory School and coaches with Team Carolina Lacrosse Club. A retired educator, he lives in Mint Hill, NC, with his wife, Alexis, and their two sons, Max and Luc.

Madison is a Division 1 lacrosse player at Winthrop University, where she plays as a starting midfielder and has earned recognition for one of the highest draw control counts in the Big South Conference. In addition to her playing experience, Madison has coached multiple youth teams during the summer and led various clinics. With a deep passion for the game, she is excited to help others improve their skills and knowledge of lacrosse, drawing from her own experiences on the field.

My name is Tristan Catalano. I have been involved in music since I was very young. I have experience singing with a choir as well as producing albums. When I was 10, my father put a guitar in my hands and for the last 12 years I have come to be very fluent in all things musical. These days I enjoy passing my knowledge down to anyone that loves music like I do.

I’m a passionate and energetic tennis coach who loves making lessons fun, engaging, and tailored for kids ages 7 –12. Every session is different—filled with creative drills, games, and challenges that keep young players excited while helping them build solid fundamentals and confidence on the court. I’ve been coaching my daughter since she was 5 years old, guiding her through red, orange, and now green ball stages. She currently competes in USTA junior tournaments and has won tournaments and matches against older players. This hands-on experience has given me a deep understanding of how kids develop and stay motivated in tennis. In addition to coaching, I’m an active competitive player myself, participating in USTA tournaments and adult leagues. Last year, I was ranked #1 in Women’s 4.0 in the Southern States, an achievement that reflects my commitment to continuous improvement and love for the game. I’ve worked with kids of different ages and skill levels, and my goal is always to create a positive, supportive environment where every child learns, has fun, and develops a lifelong passion for tennis.
