I’m a former PGA Golf Professional and a proud graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, where I studied Professional Golf Management. My journey in golf has given me valuable experiences both on and off the course. I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge and love for the game with others, whether it’s through coaching or simply enjoying a round with friends. Golf has always been a significant part of my life, and I’m excited to see where it takes me next.

I have been a passionate player of the game for over 20 years. I began playing competitive golf as a young child playing on 2 different junior tours in North Carolina where I was able to play some of the nicest, and most challenging courses in the state. During this time I also learned the rigors of competitive golf and the level of mental strength it takes to be successful. I later played for my highschool team and after a short hiatus from the game in early adulthood, picked the game back up in 2020, and began competing at the professional level on the Carolina Mountain Professional Tour, as well as The Bag Tour in 2021. I am extremely passionate about the game and believe my experience playing, as well as knowledge of golf swing theory and modern equipment give me the ability to pass that knowledge on to help beginner and intermediate golfers advance their game to their desired goals and beyond.

Though, I’d say I still need more work on consistent swing mechanics, but I’m hopeful about building on this. With 25 years of golfing experience, I am from the hometown Augusta Ga home of the Masters. I proudly won the CSRA Regional Championship in 2001 and earned a golf scholarship to the University of West Georgia. My deep-rooted passion for the game, coupled with my competitive background, drives me to help others excel on the course. "Honestly, trying golf on the course for the first time was quite a different experience, but Chris made it manageable. The lesson definitely highlighted what I need to work on, especially driver control, though I still find myself a bit inconsistent with my long shots. Still, it's encouraging to see progress on the course itself, and I think a few more focused practice on the driving range could really help tighten up my game. Overall, Chris's approach feels solid and practical. I might just need some more time to get everything fully together. Wouldn't mind seeing how my game evolves with a few more lessons like this.
