Monté Belk, born on December 1, 1980, in Charlotte, North Carolina, developed a passion for basketball from a young age, playing on makeshift hoops with neighborhood kids and honing his skills. Starting from humble beginnings, he joined a recreational league at 11 and was eventually recruited to an AAU team, which helped him build character, teamwork, and determination. Monté's love for the game led him to embrace teaching it and sharing its unique and transformative power with others.

Carlos Frias, hailing from Charlotte, has an impressive athletic background that includes playing Division 1 and Semi-Professional baseball. With a passion for fitness and teaching, Carlos brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his skill as an instructor. His dedication to helping others achieve their fitness goals shines through in every class he leads.
