My name is Rouge, I'm a performer, aerialist, runner, and trainer. I have over 10 years experience performing/ teaching fluid dance, burlesque, pole, and heels, and personal training. I'm PT, GPT, and CPR/AED certified through NASM, and pole certified through Pole Body Arts. I work with a variety of adults of all genders ranging from early 20s to late 50s, with little to no dance/ fitness experience, utilizing dance therapy techniques, and diverse strength training methods.

Chris Corders, a former college football Wide Receiver at NC State, boasts an impressive athletic background with accolades such as Freshman All-American in 1987 and All-American Honorable Mention in 1989. Despite facing setbacks from two major knee injuries that ended his professional prospects, Chris transitioned into coaching and training athletes. With over 25 years of experience as a high school football coach and certifications as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Exercise Therapist, Chris offers expert sports-specific training. Students can expect to learn from his wealth of experience and knowledge in enhancing their athletic performance.

"Met Coach Corders at Nike Football Camp my freshman year. Saw him providing instruction to WR/DB group. The way he was able to communicate what to do and illustrate how to execute various skills was extraordinary. Asked him to train me. Ironically, he coached football at my school, Metrolina Christian Academy. We trained 2-3/week and wide receiver skills, speed & agility along with strength and conditioning.
