I have experience working with and developing children into focused athletes through my work at the YMCA. I place emphasis on mindset, discipline, and detail in movement. I will make your child better on and off the court and teach the importance of consistency and longevity.

My mother made me start playing violin at 3 years old. I started traditionally learning Suzuki in Buffalo, NY. I took ownership of the instrument in at 12 years old practicing after school and for cultural events. I have always taught musicians that were less skilled and would lead by example to further their understanding. With 30 years of experience, I guide students to find their own voice through the instrument. I tailor lessons to individual needs, fostering both technical mastery and a lifelong love of music.

I'm an English teacher with over 12 years of experience teaching composition and research at the college level. I have a master's degree in English composition and rhetoric and have taught students at the University of Georgia and Louisiana State University. Before teaching college, I was a private English tutor in Seoul, South Korea for two years, working with students of all age ranges from K-12.
