Hey, I’m Josiah! NASM CPT, ACE GFI, CPR/AED Certified. I’m from the Jersey shore near Atlantic City and went to school at Rider University in NJ so I’m a Jersey boy turned Philly boy. As a competitive and professional dancer for over ten years I have studied lots about how bodies work and perform. I’m passionate about the mind-muscle connection and the “why” behind each exercise. Hi my name is Camya but I am an independent artist from Philadelphia that goes by Mya B. I grew up singing in the church and was taught by my aunt who is a music director to sing properly. After i graduated from highschool I was called back to help my school produce an album where I helped train the students how to write songs, come up with melodies and helped produce and record the album. She holds a Master's degree in Education and is passionate about helping students strengthen their reading, writing, grammar, and critical thinking skills. I've known and loved the game of soccer ever since I was 5. I can teach the basics of the game, the skills you need to learn, and the information you need to know to be able to talk the game, play the game, and see the game like an expert! My most recent experience as a coach has been teaching ages 4-14 the game of soccer through programs in the suburban Philadelphia area, but I am able to teach any age. I am a high-energy coach who will make sure you are understanding basic concepts!

Coach KB here, former 4-year collegiate athlete, and current football coach/mentor/trainer to those who are ready to work.
