For over 13 years, I've grown a passion for football unknown to mankind. I’m able to understand the importance of structure and discipline that football brings for these young men (especially when you’re good). I played Tight End at East Stroudsburg University (ESU) division II PSAC football. I’m looking to continue being a leader and a positive role model for young athletes looking to improve.

With a decade on the field, I instill not just fundamentals and all around safety, but a profound love for the game. My coaching focuses on building a strong work ethic, teamwork, unwavering sportsmanship and learning the great life long lessons football has to teach. With 14 years of experience, I'm passionate about helping athletes of all levels reach their full potential through personalized training and a deep understanding of the sport. I’ve coached anyone from toddlers to high school. I am the youngest high school head coach in Philadelphia area history.

I always start a lesson with a new student with the understanding that not all players learn the same way. For my visual learners I employ V1 Golf Video analysis which we can also send to the student so they can review it between lessons. For my kinesthetic learners we use a variety of training aids to help them feel the differences with actual body motions. For students that are audio learners we will have more of a conversation and explanation discussion that will also include a bit of quizzing to help them remember our processes. While lowering scores and hitting your clubs farther are important, I also like to asses the student’s goals and aspirations that will help guide them to be a better player and create a more fun and enjoyable atmosphere with their game.

John has 40 years of coaching experience from club, high school, Division III and Division I. He is one of the original founders of TNT Volleyball and has coached from 13U to 17U. My philosophy starts with learning the fundamental skills, basis of game play, and layering advanced concepts as teams mature.
