I am a 2025 college graduate from St. Mary's College of Maryland. I played 4 years of college lacrosse there and am now a Assistant Coach and defensive coordinator for the team. Over the 2025-2026 season I have learned many valuable lessons about coaching and how to get the most out of my players while still keeping the love for the sport they have. I am passionate about this sport that have given me so much and now I am looking to give back in as many ways as I can.

His background includes a Royce Gracie Jiu Jitsu Purple Belt, a USA Judo Black Belt (under Lamonte Tyler), and a WTF Taekwondo Black Belt. He also trains in Muay Thai under Lamonte Tyler. With a diverse background, he offers a "complete" martial arts experience. As a coach, I have had several private lessons with beginner-intermediate players working on game strategy, drills, technical skills + when/how to implement them. I help troubleshoot + remedy any issues you are having during competitive play. My style is cordial and structured, tailored to fit your needs. I work with adults and kids of all ages, from beginner-intermediate. My focus (besides working on skills and strategy) is helping you LOVE the game through a deeper understanding.

I have played football at the middle school, high school, and collegiate levels, where I developed a strong passion for the game and learned the value of discipline, teamwork, and leadership. Chris McNeal is a Head Coach and Certified Personal Trainer with experience in baseball and softball player development. He specializes in teaching fundamental skills, including hitting mechanics, defensive positioning, and throwing development, while also incorporating strength and conditioning into athlete training. Chris has coached athletes across multiple age groups and skill levels, focusing on improving performance through structured training, game-like scenarios, and physical development. His approach emphasizes consistency, discipline, and confidence.

I am a strength and conditioning specialist at Boyland high school in Baltimore, Maryland for the junior varsity and varsity football. Currently also the JV Defensive Coordinator and linebacker/Running Back specialist coach
