Madison is a Division 1 lacrosse player at Winthrop University, where she plays as a starting midfielder and has earned recognition for one of the highest draw control counts in the Big South Conference. In addition to her playing experience, Madison has coached multiple youth teams during the summer and led various clinics. With a deep passion for the game, she is excited to help others improve their skills and knowledge of lacrosse, drawing from her own experiences on the field.



Coach Dudley brings over 30 years of lacrosse coaching experience to the Charlotte area, having previously coached youth, high school, college, and post-college levels in Montclair, NJ, including 20 years as a high school head coach. A former college player at the U.S. Naval Academy and Kean University, he competed in the NCAA Tournament with Navy and earned two ECAC Championships with Kean. His extensive background includes involvement in multiple championship teams across levels, both domestically and internationally. Now, Coach Dudley serves as the Boys Head Coach at Bradford Preparatory School and coaches with Team Carolina Lacrosse Club. A retired educator, he lives in Mint Hill, NC, with his wife, Alexis, and their two sons, Max and Luc.
