Before that, I spent two years at Illinois Central College, where I started games at every position except shortstop—experience that gives me a unique perspective on the full scope of the game. I’ve been around baseball my whole life, and now I’m passionate about passing on the insights I wish I had earlier in my career. I specialize in working with competitive athletes who are serious about taking their game to the next level. My coaching focuses on advanced hitting development, and I believe in building around a player’s natural strengths—not forcing them into a one-size-fits-all mold. Everyone moves differently, and the key is finding a swing that works for you, not trying to copy someone else’s. One of my proudest moments as a coach came when I helped a struggling D1 teammate—someone with pro-level tools—unlock his potential by diagnosing a timing issue that had been holding him back. That season, he turned things around and is now a top-25 prospect in the Houston Astros organization, thriving in Double-A. My approach to making you the best baseball player you can be involves hands on training, while also incorporating things that make you the most comfortable. Not every player is ever the same. I will not teach a cookie cutter mindset. All training programs will be tailored to you specifically.

For eighteen years, I've had the privilege of playing baseball at multiple levels including youth , high school, college and professional. I’ve been coaching and instructing in the Charleston area since 2015 for a living . I do individual training , group training , camps / team clinics and coach a travel baseball team .

Trying to produce a move you cannot physically perform is going to create even worse problems. I’m committed to helping every golfer reach their maximum potential through analysis, fitness training, motor pattern learning, as well as ongoing skill development.

With 19 years of soccer experience, Spanning from rec league to Division 1 soccer, I cultivate players' skills and passion for the game.
