I have competed in high-level golf for over sixteen years, earning victories in elite tournaments and competing at the Division II collegiate level, with experience at the semi-professional level. My greatest strengths lie in course management and the ability to develop golfers at every stage of their journey. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to improvement. Mark Cahak is a lifelong student and teacher of the game of lacrosse, committed to developing players of all levels through moral integrity, passion, hard work, and skill-building. A standout defenseman at Fayetteville-Manlius High School (First Team All-League, All-CNY, and Empire State Games team member), Mark went on to play for Syracuse University, where he was part of the 2009 National Championship team and a two-time Athletic Director’s Honor Roll recipient. Mark began his coaching career as Defensive Coordinator at Harvard-Westlake in California and went on to hold coaching roles at Montgomery Bell Academy and Ensworth School in Nashville. As Ensworth’s Head Coach from 2015–2018, he led the program to a state championship and earned TSLA, US Lacrosse Tennessee, and Tennessean Coach of the Year honors. Mark’s coaching philosophy centers on building complete student-athletes—on the field and in life—by instilling discipline, leadership, and love for the game. Whether working with beginners or seasoned players, he brings energy, focus, and a genuine dedication to helping athletes grow.

I've had a racquet in my hand since I was 5 and lived in Nashville since 1993, having grown up in Cnooga. I've won the Hillwood Country Club championship 4 of the last 6 years and picked up a passion for pickleball in 2020. I play at a competitive DUPR 4.3 level, bringing 40 years of tennis and 4 years of pickleball to the equation. I got PPR certified in 2022 and in October 2022 opened the Court at West Meade where myself and 3 of our other pros teach. In 2024, I taught over 500 people how to play pickleball with the Pickleball 101 group clinics we run. I teach private lesson weekdays at 9:00

Hello my name is Demis and I am fun, local Murfreesboro tennis coach with over 19 years of playing experience and over 6 years of teaching experience! From a very young age, I have been deeply immersed in the world of tennis, starting my journey at the age of 4. My passion and also dedication led me to become a member of the Greek National Team four times-twice for the U16 and twice for the U18 categories, where I finished the year ranked as the national #1. I pursued my college tennis career at Radford University where I spent four years, earning numerous personal accolades, including “Player of the Year” and also winning the conference championship. I then transferred to Middle Tennessee State University for my final year, where we triumphed in the championship. With six years of coaching experience, I began by teaching young kids tennis and have since expanded to coaching both adults and children and have taught at country clubs and academies in New Jersey and Nantucket. My deep love for the sport fuels my passion for teaching and I am committed to continuing my professional teaching journey in tennis education.
