I started playing soccer when I was 3 years old in our village. Soccer was the only sport we knew at the time and my love for it made me not want to pursue any other sports. I later moved to the US and my love for it grew even more. I went on to play in HS, College, and now I coach this sport that I love and I can't wait to learn with you!

Former junior world No. 108 (ITF), US Open Juniors competitor, and multiple-time ITF junior title winner. I played 4 years of Division I tennis at Indiana University, then earned my Master’s at Lipscomb University while serving as assistant coach for their tennis program. I coach players of all ages and levels, tailoring each lesson to build strong fundamentals, sharpen strategy, and help students reach their next level on the court.

John Rogers is a certified IPTPA pickleball instructor and currently a 4.5+ player with nearly five years of playing experience. A multiple tournament winner, John believes quality instruction, confidence, and having fun are key to improving on the court. He works with players of all skill levels, from beginners, to 4.0+ competitors preparing for tournament play and is passionate about helping every player improve and enjoy the game. I have experience teaching Mandarin to young learners through engaging, scaffolded, and confidence-building lesson.❤️ My teaching style is warm, patient, structured, and interactive. I like to help students learn Mandarin through clear explanations, guided practice, conversation, and games! I believe language learning should be encouraging!

A lifelong student of dance, Mel'Keta's foundation includes extensive training in ballet, modern etc. In 2006, she deepened her commitment to Middle Eastern dance (Raqs Sharqi) through intensive study with renowned instructors Zarouhi Otchy and Tashira Awadiya. Her dedication led to train with internationally acclaimed artists, including Elena Lentini-protégés of the legendary Ibrahim Farrah-and the celebrated Ansuya. Her performance/teaching career includes international appearances in the UK+.

"I realize that prior to taking classes with Mel'Keta, I had a completely different idea of what "belly dance" was. I now understand that it is a full body dance and not just the belly. She helps me understand the movement, the Rhythms, and the feeling which created a somatic experience for me. Hey I’m Coach Les, I have a master’s in exercise science and I bring 12 years of coaching experience. I’ve helped multiple athletes receive scholarships in their respective sports. My background includes collegiate football and track, three state powerlifting records and two national powerlifting records. I specialize in athletic performance and biomechanics. I also serve the community as a Nashville firefighter and EMT.

Coach Keierra "Coach KB" Bentley is a cheer coach, choreographer, and program developer with 10+ years of experience training athletes of all ages. She specializes in cheer fundamentals, jumps, flexibility, performance technique, choreography, and confidence building.
