With my NSCA CSCS and my BS in Exercise Science fueling athletic potential is my specialty. For the past two years, I have training for athletes to help them reach peak performance on the court of field though tailored programs. I recently moved to Nashville to continue working in this field. I include movement skill training, agility training, and polymeric work, as these are specific types of training that will improve body control and reduce the risk of injury. I played competitive basketball and volleyball throughout high school!

Former NFL player and Super Bowl Champion as a member of the 2000 Baltimore Ravens, known for having the NFL's Greatest Defense Ever. I was a standout running back at Vanderbilt University, where I rushed for over 1100 yards and earned All-SEC honors. With a passion for teaching, I leverage various techniques and philosophies to enhance skills such as focus, hand-eye coordination, balance, mobility, and reaction.

I later moved to the U.S. to play NCAA Division 1 soccer, bringing with me the quality, intensity, and philosophy of elite European football. Now, as a coach, I combine that high-level experience with a deep passion for developing players. My goal is to help you grow technically, tactically, and show you what the real soccer is about.
