My name is Kate and I’ve been coaching/ working with volleyball players for over ten years. I have experience and coaching club high school girls and I have been a previous middle school volleyball coach. I have also played volleyball for over 15 years myself. I am very passionate about the game. It has been amazing to see the growth of the sport over my time of playing and coaching. I love coaching beginners so they can get the right technique, but I also love coaching high school girls.

I specialize in mechanical coaching, focusing on athletes from middle school through college-age. My approach uses deep-dive technical explanations to help players understand the why behind their movement and simple analogies people can translate to volleyball. I focus on rapid improvement through custom drills and visual demonstration. Played college club volleyball, attended 25’ Nationals, and started the volleyball club team when I was in high school.

With over 16 years of competitive soccer experience, I'm dedicated to developing a players skills while also creating a fun and engaging training program. My coaching emphasizes both technical expertise and strategic thinking. I’m passionate about helping a player develop their technical skills so every drill will have ball work and both feet!

As a certified personal trainer (NASM), I also have an understanding kinetic movement, and muscle development. I bring 11 years of playing experience and a lifelong passion for football to every athlete I coach. I coach competitive youth tackle, 7v7, and flag football and provide private one-on-one training. I focus on position-specific skills, technique, footwork, speed and agility, conditioning, football IQ, and confidence. As an AAU Certified Coach, I tailor each session to the athlete's position, experience, and goals to help them become stronger, smarter, and more confident players.
