Good afternoon, my name is Jakari. I’ve played and coached basketball for many years, and I’ve trained numerous high school and college players. I’m passionate about teaching not just the game itself, but how basketball can help you grow and create opportunities in life. Give me a chance, and I won’t disappoint.

Started when I was 4 years old. Won our high school state golf championship 86,87,88 and 89 Golf Course owner for 4 years. Have 3 holes in one. Most birdies per round is 11. Lowest round is 63. Play both modern and hickory golf (pre 1930 clubs). Current handicap is 5 lowest handicap +3 Spent 19 years maintaining Golf Courses. As a golfer I promise to leave it better than I find it. Golf course superintendent for 17 years.

I played volleyball for 15 years through high school at the Hockaday School and college at Williams College. Over the years I was an opposite, outside, and middle, but I have given lessons to all position groups. Roland in 1973 as a 8th grader averaged 25 points a game. Roland is a former basketball player who had a standout high school career at Peoria High School, where he helped lead the team to a championship in 1977. Roland also made the All-Tournament team.He continued his basketball journey at Burlington Junior College in Iowa, where his team finished 8th in the NJCAA Nationals during the 1978-1979 season. Roland then played at Santa Clara University from 1979 to 1980, alongside NBA legend Kurt Rambis, before transferring to Western New Mexico University in Silver City for the 1984-1985 season. Roland is considered a PG/ SG with excellent ball handing skills which can teach your child the fundamentals to improve their overall skills.

I’ve been playing golf for 25 years and currently maintain a 6 handicap. With decades of experience on the course, I have a deep understanding of the game’s nuances and enjoy sharing my knowledge with others. My focus is on helping golfers of all skill levels improve their game, emphasizing fundamentals, course management, and the mental aspects that can make a big difference. After just 1.5 years of playing (started September 2024), Louis earned a 4.613 rating (starting January 2026) in mens' doubles, demonstrating strategic thinking, talent, discipline, and maybe a path to pro level. He has achieved the following multiple medals and accomplishments: - 2x medal winner in mens' doubles 3.5-4.0 division (1 gold; 1 silver) - 6x medal winner in mens' doubles 4.0-4.5 division (5 golds; 1 bronze) - Represented the Dallas Flash in the DUPR 16 minor league division As your coach/mentor, I am invested in your learning journey with you. Growing up in Canada, I competed in tennis throughout my childhood and won the Canadian nationals at age 13! I consistently ranked within the top three in Canada throughout my junior years, which led to a full scholarship to play Division 1 NCAA tennis at the University of Virginia. I competed all four years alongside my identical twin sister – what an experience! After graduating, I realized my passion for tennis and fitness, and now I have over 15 years of experience coaching. I love connecting with, motivating, and helping both juniors and adults achieve their tennis goals. I'm also passing on my love for the game to my two daughters, ages 10 and 13, who are both nationally ranked! They've progressed through red, orange, and green ball and are currently competing in junior USTA tournaments here in Texas.
