I played at Tulane University before continuing by athletic and academic career at Emory University. Basketball has been one of the most influential parts of my life. I am passionate about helping young athletes develop both on and off the court. Whether your athlete is just getting started or looking to take their game to the next level, my goal is to help!

I am a track and field coach that has been around the sport for 30+ years. I started a summer track program that works with kids ages 5-19. I am a former state champion as well as an NCAA All-American. I was able to learn from some of the greatest coaches in the world and have been trying to help kids ever since I retired from professional running.

Amateur Kickboxing Champion and NAGA gold medalist with experience in multiple martial arts including: Krav Maga, Brazilian Ju Jitsu, Muay Thai, Greco Roman wrestling, and Boxing. Able to apply boxing principles to real life self defense situations along with various combat sport settings whether that is in traditional boxing, kickboxing, or MMA.

Hi, my name is iLona. I consider myself half Ukrainian and half American, as I literally lived half of the lives in both countries, not to mention all the travels in between. Back in 2009, at 17 years old I came on one way ticket to USA on full right scholarship. I played division 1 schools, first 2 years at McNeese State, and last 2 years at University of North Texas where we won Sun Belt Conference Championship 2 years back to back.
