I have been playing soccer since I was 5 years old. I played soccer back home in my native country of Bosnia-and-Herzegovina. After coming to US 30yrs ago I continue playing soccer. I played soccer an all levels from recreational teams to high school to college and now whenever I get free time I get together with friends and we play.

Shaun started In-Phase Training in the summer of 2021, combining his long-time experience as an educator and high school coach with a desire to share his knowledge with a wider audience. With a deep-rooted connection to sports—having played college football and grown up with a father who was a collegiate coach—Shaun has been immersed in athletics his entire life. He knows what it takes to compete at the next level and is passionate about helping athletes succeed, both on the field and in life. With 12 years of high school coaching experience, a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology, and certification as a Personal Trainer, Shaun is qualified and deeply committed to his athletes. A celebrated ASA A West National Batting Champion in 2004, he is also a future Hall of Fame candidate. With an impressive history of 12 U National Championships and 14 U State Championships, Clay served as the Head Coach at Oklahoma Wildcat Prep Academy in Oklahoma City, where he continues to inspire and develop young talent in the sport.
