Hi, my name is Jada Washington! I am an educator and tutor who is passionate about helping students build confidence, strengthen their skills, and develop a love for learning. I am a senior English major at Texas Woman’s University with a minor in Education, and I have experience supporting students through classroom instruction, writing support, and youth development. I tutor students in English, reading, Language Arts, writing, public speaking, essay development, exam preparation, and test preparation. While my primary focus is English Language Arts, I also have a passion for History and Social Studies and enjoy helping students make connections between what they learn and the world around them. I’m a professional volleyball setter with experience at the youth, collegiate, and professional levels. I played club volleyball with Skyline Juniors (12s–18s), Baylor, Texas, SMU, and professionally with the Atlanta Vibe in MLV. I earned my B.A. from SMU and now live in the DFW area.
