Hello! My name is Karen E. Brady, a health coach and my passionate is helping people to concentrate on whole foods and to live a healthier lifestyle. My own journey with being a Stage IV cancer survivor and perimenopause inspired me to stay healthy and help others do the same. For the last 20+years, I have specialized in guiding clients through personalized nutritional counseling. I’ve also been a pescatarian for over 10 years and have learned to cook healthier meals without meat consumption.

Coach L.D. Green Sr. is an educator and mentor with 20+ years of experience developing student-athletes. His teaching focuses on fundamentals, discipline, accountability, and leadership while adapting instruction to each athlete's needs. He works with youth, high school, and collegiate athletes of all skill levels, helping them improve performance, confidence, and character through his philosophy: **Person First. Student Always. I'm Jace Denman and I've coached baseball for about five years now. Throughout my coaching career I have predominantly worked with pitcher from (7-18yrs), however I am also willing to work with young athletes on fielding and hitting as well. On top of private lessons I also offer full team evaluations. My specialties are bullpen training, physical and mental conditioning, body mechanics, and Arm care. My coaching style is very laid back but with intent to have lots of fun while improving daily.

I played three years of division 3 baseball and after I was a head coach for La Pryor High School for two years. I was also an a division 1 director of player development at Texas A&M Corpus Christi this past year.

I have always been a proponent for the importance of a strong foundation in mathematical education. Along with an insatiable curiosity to understand all the complexities of nature. I decided to go back to school and become a math major with the hopes of becoming a school teacher or college professor some day. Along the way I have found that I also have another passion. Over the course of the pandemic I learned exorbitant amount about cooking, various techniques, cooking on a budget etc.

My name is Mariana, and I'm excited to offer private tennis lessons at St. Mary's University! I played college tennis at a high level. I'm currently a tennis coach at St Mary's University, and I love sharing my experience and helping players improve their game, build confidence, and enjoy being on the court. I'll be offering personalized lessons for need and teens whether you're just starting out or looking to improve your skills and take your game to the next level.

I have been a coach for 29 years. I am currently a high school softball coach and teacher. I have coach baseball and softball for over 20 years. I have trained on the select baseball and softball side as well. I am blessed to coach in a program where we work hard every week and our players all perform at a high level. We are ranked as one of the top high school programs in the state of Texas. I teach all skills related to the game as well as strength and conditioning programs that are related. I coach at East Central High School, we are a 6A-Division 1 program. My responsibilities include building practice schedules for our varsity and junior varsity teams as well as a focus on player development grades 9-12. I call all varsity level game pitches and focus on our program pitching staff. I coach all defensive positions as well as offensive and defensive strategies.
