I am a former state champion as well as an NCAA All-American. Hi, my name is iLona. I consider myself half Ukrainian and half American, as I literally lived half of the lives in both countries, not to mention all the travels in between. Back in 2009, at 17 years old I came on one way ticket to USA on full right scholarship. I played division 1 schools, first 2 years at McNeese State, and last 2 years at University of North Texas where we won Sun Belt Conference Championship 2 years back to back.

I am a highly enthusiastic pickleball player with 2 years of experience in open/private play ranging from 4.0-4.5 level. Very engaging in technical instruction, ranging from foundational "Intro to Pickleball" clinics to intermediate tactical workshops for up to 4.0+ players. I just love pickleball and all the things that come with it. I have organized lots of drills and open plays within my pickleball group too.
