As a former college player and current club coach I am driven by a lifelong passion for volleyball. I combine technical expertise with a patient, encouraging coaching style to develop confident, resilient players. I bring years of experience, tailored drills, and strategic insight to help athletes improve skills and decision-making and inspire them to be better on and off the court.

With 20 years of golf instruction experience, I’ve had the privilege of coaching students ranging from 2 to 84 years old, tailoring my teaching methods to meet their unique goals and abilities. My approach combines personalized instruction with advanced tools and certifications to maximize results.

With 20+ years of college tennis experience, a 4.79 DUPR, and P4/DUPR coach certifications, I build confident players. I work with teens and adults from beginner to advanced. My philosophy: "You play like you train." Every 60-minute session includes a warm-up, targeted skill drills, and live-play application so your new skills stick under match pressure. I have been tutoring and teaching for years now, all ages and all levels. I am a native Spanish speaker, I started teaching Spanish to travelers at my home town in South Mexico almost 20 years ago, I had both, private and group classes at that time, recently I have been teaching to young kids preK-4th grade for almost tree years. I enjoy passing my knowledge not just about the language but about the culture, traditions and history. I can tutor presential or online.

I am a former professional and collegiate football player with experience across the NFL, CFL, and IFL. I now use that experience to help athletes improve their technique, conditioning, confidence, discipline, and understanding of the game. My coaching style is structured, encouraging, and tailored to each athlete’s position, ability, and goals. Students can expect focused instruction, honest feedback, and practical drills they can apply immediately.

Shaun started In-Phase Training in the summer of 2021, combining his long-time experience as an educator and high school coach with a desire to share his knowledge with a wider audience. With a deep-rooted connection to sports—having played college football and grown up with a father who was a collegiate coach—Shaun has been immersed in athletics his entire life. He knows what it takes to compete at the next level and is passionate about helping athletes succeed, both on the field and in life. With 12 years of high school coaching experience, a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology, and certification as a Personal Trainer, Shaun is qualified and deeply committed to his athletes. His motto, "When You Win, We Win," reflects his dedication to the success and growth of every athlete he trains.
