With nearly five years of pickleball instruction and podium finishes at the 5.0+ level, I help athletes of all levels with skill development and strategic thinking. I’m open for one-on-one and group sessions. I can often find you a compatible lesson partner when schedules mesh. I have 25 years of fitness coaching experience with an expertise in injury reduction. I train and work with pickleball athletes on and off court. Pickleball is a footwork sport and I love teaching players the important details — whether it be technique or strategies for on court success. Golf is one of the most frustrating, demoralizing and addictive things you can do. I have been playing for 28 years. I spend 85% of my time conscious practicing , playing or thinking about golf. Each person learns the game differently and I have learned and taught myself through a variety of methods.
