With 15 years of coaching high school football at the highest level of Texas High School football. I’ve had coaching experience at Lake Travis High school in Austin Texas , North Shore high school in Houston Texas. I have coaches Wide receivers and QB’s along with being the offensive coordinator at North Shore High School. I have coached multiple Division 1 wide receivers and believe in the fundamentals of route running, blocking, catching and throwing. Meet Aaron, a U.S. Veteran, and accomplished athlete, having excelled in college ball at Hardin Simmons University as a defensive back and in the German Football League, where he showcased his versatility playing DB, QB, and WR. Now, a dedicated coach and trainer with several years of experience, Aaron is all set to lead as the RBs Coach at Lutheran South Academy in Houston, inspiring and mentoring the next generation of football talents.

With over 13 years on the field along with 2 years coaching both a team and individually, I'm dedicated to fostering both skill and passion in aspiring football players. I blend proven techniques with personalized guidance, ensuring a fun and effective learning experience. My priorities as a coach are maintaining a strong base of fundamentals, developing next level football IQ, and above all to teach love and respect for the game. Football has given me so much, and I love having the opportunity to pass that on.

As a former college and semipro football running back, my goal was always the NFL. I coached my own sons to success in high school that led to college football scholarships and I'm a stickler for process, studying and working on fundamental skillsets that lead to position success. I'm a successful entrepreneur who starts companies that solve problems. Coaching skill position players in football helps me help them solve problems on the field and in life.
