I’ve spent the last four years coaching a swim team while competing at the national level, and I’m headed to swim in college next.

I used to coach youth rugby and have since switched to amateur/intermediate pickleball coaching (2.0-3.5). I love working with open-minded players who want to improve their game and technique. Sessions will consist of drilling and exercises to improve shot quality, decision making, and pickleball IQ. My goal with any sport is to have fun and compete at a high level.

I have a strong foundation in bodybuilding through both education and practical experience. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, giving me extensive knowledge of training, nutrition, and human performance. I have also worked as a personal trainer for over a year, helping clients build muscle, improve strength, and achieve their fitness goals through effective, evidence-based programs.

I'm Carson, and I teach both beach and grass volleyball to players of all skill levels. Current Open Level beach player and former indoor college club setter. Have had the privilege of coaching indoor and beach to a variety of athletes. Been taught methods by some of the the best Olympic, professional and Division 1 coaches around. Whether you’re new to volleyball or looking to sharpen up a certain technique, I’d love to help you on that journey.

I played 16 years as a center, including at Coastal Carolina University. My main focus was defense, rebounding, hustle and always going after every ball. I want to help teach players the skills and mindset I learned through my own experience and from the coaches who helped me along the way.
