I have a strong foundation in bodybuilding through both education and practical experience. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, giving me extensive knowledge of training, nutrition, and human performance. I have also worked as a personal trainer for over a year, helping clients build muscle, improve strength, and achieve their fitness goals through effective, evidence-based programs.

I have played tennis my whole life, reaching as high as #3 in the Intermountain region and won multiple #1 singles state championships, and am a 5.0 adult player. I burned out of playing but found my "why" behind the game. I like teaching players now and have found joy in playing again. I don't just coach mechanics; I build tennis IQ. By linking technical adjustments to tactical purpose, my students master shot selection, court geometry, match strategies, and great fundamentals.

I offer a unique training technique that we do in the privacy of your home. I come to you. We do walk drills using a golf ball sized rubber Pickleball that I invented. I have been training clients with this technique for 3 years with proven results.
