Basketball has been my compass for two decades; I have 20 years of coaching experience, combining tactical insight, skill development, and game intelligence. I provide disciplined instruction with warm mentorship to refine fundamentals, build confidence, and foster a lasting passion for the sport.

For the past eight years, I've cultivated a passion for boxing and mixed martial arts in students. I'm currently 5-1 in my professional MMA career (my last fight was in the UFC Contender Series). Coming from a small city in India, I wasn't naturally athletic, but through my growing understanding of technique, athletics, and biomechanics, I fight at the highest levels. I blend time-tested techniques and concepts with personalized training, getting people to really love martial arts and boxing the way I do.

I was a four-year varsity baseball player at St. John’s College High School, one of the top high school programs in the country. I was invited to play on the USA Baseball National Team and participated in the USA National Team Identification Series in 2018, 2019 and 2022 earning a bronze medal in 2022 I was ranked among the top 250 players in the Mid-Atlantic Area and among the top 15 catchers in the DC/Virginia area from 2023-2025 I was apart of two WCAC Championships. Lester Chavez hails from the Tidewater VA area with over 35 years of coaching experience. Throughout his career, Coach Lester has served as Director of Tennis at the Montgomery Sports Association, Head Coach at Tennis Centeal, Head Coach at Holton Arms and Georgetown Visitation. He played NCAA II tennis for the Washington Adventist University as a student (Business Admin. Management/Marketing), player and Head Coach.

Alex Cyrille Lago is a professional tennis player and coach from Côte d’Ivoire. I started playing tennis at age five and trained for eight years at a high-performance center in Casablanca, Morocco. As a junior, he reached Top 300 in the ITF rankings and achieved a UTR of 13. He proudly represented Côte d’Ivoire in Davis Cup competition and won multiple international championships. I teach any tennis level . Kid from age 5 to 18 and adults .
