I'm Diego Pena, a Division 1 goalkeeper at the George Washington University and Dominican Republic National Team. I help young players improve their technical skills, confidence, and understanding of the game through thoughtful, fun, and personalized training sessions. As a collegiate athlete, I bring a first experience of what's it like to play at a high level. My goal is to help players develop on and off the field while always building a lasting enjoyment for the game.

Hi! My name is Madison Kang, and I just graduated from Lightridge High School and will be attending Boston University in the spring. I’ve played lacrosse for 11 years, and played all four years of high school on the varsity team as a starter. I played attack/midfield my whole life, and coach dodging, footwork, and stick skills to girls who are looking to enhance their game. I was 2025 Offense Player of the Year, first team all district and region, and second team all state.

Lester Chavez hails from the Tidewater VA area with over 35 years of coaching experience. Throughout his career, Coach Lester has served as Director of Tennis at the Montgomery Sports Association, Head Coach at Tennis Centeal, Head Coach at Holton Arms and Georgetown Visitation. He played NCAA II tennis for the Washington Adventist University as a student (Business Admin. Management/Marketing), player and Head Coach.

Former collegiate soccer player with 3 years of Division I experience at Jacksonville University (x1 Conference Champion) and 2 years of Division III experience at Catholic University (x2 Conference Champion. I have coached players of all ages through college summer camps and ID camps, helping develop technical skills and game understanding. Additionally, I worked at XL Soccer World in Orlando, FL, creating and leading training plans for players ages 3–16 in both individual and group settings.

Offensive lacrosse coach based in the Washington, DC/Bethesda area. Currently serving as Shooting Coach and Offensive Coordinator for Next Level Lacrosse, as well as Head Coach at Washington Episcopal School.
