With over two decades on the diamond, I’m now taking my skills and playing experience transitioning into being a full time coach to pass down my knowledge and success to young baseball athletes in getting to the next level I enjoy coaching because I love the game. Teaching and sharing my knowledge, experience, and skills with amazing athletes ready to take their potential to the next level. I hope to not only enable them to succeed on the playing field but in the classroom, and in life beyond baseball as well I blend fundamental skills with tailored strategies for impactful growth. My passion is helping players achieve their full potential, one pitch at a time.

I’m not sure if her interest was high or if she just didnt enjoy it . It wasn’t until I signed her up for lessons and coaching with coach cole when I noticed not all coaches coach the same! Effective coaches keep parents informed about their expectations, reasons for decisions, and individual player development which went along way with Jackie and her willing to want to continue to play her progression grew on her and it was something over time she looked forward to doing.

Paco Rodriguez played collegiate baseball at the University of Florida from 2009 to 2012 before beginning an eight-year professional career. From 2012 to 2019, he played at every level of professional baseball while representing five different organizations. Since 2020, Paco has focused on coaching and developing youth players through the Arizona Aces Baseball Club.

Forged over 23 years in baseball, I apply evidence-based biomechanics to hitting, pitching and defense with a focus on individualized skill development and game strategy. I am dedicated, approachable, and passionate about helping players reach their full potential.

I have had nine years with college coaching experience specifically focused on hitting. I understand that each hitter is different and it is my job to work with those actions. I am not a 'cookie-cutter' hitting coach. Each hitter has their own actions that I am just trying to elevate to the next level. I can provide information on the college level and what you need to do to be seen.

Experienced ballplayer. Focusing on helping players fundamentals and limiting mental mistakes. Grew up playing ball at a high level. Had high level Professional MLB players as coaches throughout childhood. Went to Hamilton High School and Marcos DeNiza High School. College at Gateway CC and GCU.

Baseball has been my passion for as long as I can remember. As a content creator for Perfect Game and a coach with Pottstown, I've had the opportunity to help players at every level grow both on and off the field. My goal is simple: build strong fundamentals, develop confident athletes, and create an environment where players can improve, compete, and enjoy the game. Whether it's hitting, fielding, or baseball IQ, I'm committed to helping every player reach their full potential.

Former D2 baseball player. 3 year Varsity Assistant. Hitting/Infield trainer. Led our Varsity to a 27-1 season and a team BA jump from .300 to .360. 3 of my hitters are moving onto the college level after this season. One specifically went from a sub .300 hitter last year to league MVP hitting .400 with 5 HRs.

Current professional pitcher in the Seattle Mariners organization. College World Series champion and 2021 Gatorade Missouri Player of the Year.
