Hey there! I'm Nicholas Valencia otherwise known as Coach Nick. I have college level baseball experience as both a player and a coach. I believe that every baseball player learns differently. The lessons and drills I provide are tailored towards YOUR unique goals and needs. No two players I coach will ever have the same exact routine, which is what makes private coaching so special. Joe is a standout student-athlete at Adelphi University, where he was named the NE10 Southwest Division Player of the Year in 2024—only the second in program history to achieve this honor. He also became just the second Panther in 15 years to hit double-digit home runs. In 2024, Joe set career-highs in nearly every offensive category, batting .370 with 10 homers and 50 RBIs, and led the league with a .702 slugging percentage, thanks to 15 extra-base hits in NE10 play.

I love athletics as a whole it offers so much to our youth and their trajectory in society. I'm a dedicated baseball coach with six years of experience, I played Varsity baseball all 4 years of high school pitched and played first base went on to play two years of college ball as a pitcher specializing in strength/conditioning arm strength and flexibility passionate about fostering a love for the game while building confidence and competence in every player. I am a 17 year old student coach who has learned many bio-mechanical skills of baseball— easily applicable to softball and football quarterbacks. I love helping young athletes fuel their passions just like I have as I am an on track college athlete. I try my best to plan good lessons and train my athletes to the best of their abilities. I also formed AAU basketball and travel baseball teams for my travel organization “Gravix Athletics.” You can see it on IG for me and my friends who are also reliable student coaches!

My father was also a Division 1 baseball player and even worked for the New York Mets, instilling in me a deep love for the game from a young age.
