Hello my name is Armen Grigorian I am from Glendale CA I have played the sport of basketball since I was 8 years old right now I’m 34 years old so 26 years I have coached kids at glendale ymca since age 13 so 21 years of coaching. I also inspire kids to be successful on and off the court I am a shooting exhibitionist I pride myself on that to be efficient in my shot making abilities. I am a basketball lifer I love the game very much it makes happy to see a kid evolve their skills on the basketball court offensively and defensively. What is more important to me is being humble on the court with displaying great sportsmanship I think it translates for their lives outside of basketball it puts a smile on my face

With over 25 years of basketball playing experience, I cultivated my own skills and passion. I wasn't training with fancy trainers, I was simply putting the work in needed. This "back against the wall" mentality led me to division 1 basketball and playing professionally overseas for 6 years. When injuries took over, I began training aspiring pros coming out of college with no contract. I focused on the building of two players and both ended up getting contracts overseas. I train high school and middle school kids as well, but they must have a deep passion to get better. My focus is on personalized training to elevate each player's game in the respective ways needed for the individual. I bring seriousness, passion, planning, execution and expertise to a commitment of helping young aspiring hoopers excel.

I learned basketball from Hall of Famers John Wooden, Jerry West and Lute Olson. I coached Division I in college for seven years. Two of the teams I coached reached the conference championship games. I played high school basketball at Hatboro-Horsham and college at Arcadia University. I was featured on ESPN Sportscenter. Learned strong fundamentals from Sam Rines, former AAU coach of Kobe Bryant and fine tuned my training skills working for Jameson basketball. My passion for the game is what drives me as a trainer.
