I’m coach Roddi, I have over 20 years of Basketball experience and 4 years of coaching experience (elementary-middle school). I have always been told that I’m a great teacher because of how intentional I am with my students. As a 29yo guard myself, I teach a mix of old and new school (Kobe era basketball). When we’re on the court, fundamentals are the most important to the session. If you lack fundamentals, you lack foundation, with no foundation your opponent will expose your weaknesses.

Having trained 15+ players through personalized 1-on-1 and small group sessions, Declan brings a detailed, athlete-first approach to every workout. His development as a trainer was elevated through a hands-on mentorship under Jordan Lawley, an NBA trainer. where he assisted in conducting elite-level workouts and independently led sessions with young hoopers

Sports are my passion, I’ve studied the game since a child now I travel sharing my knowledge. Teaching kids, K-12, adults and seniors is what I enjoy doing. Positively inspiring and building bonds with people through basketball, football and baseball is my gift to the world.
